Hello hello hello!
I hope you’ve all had a fantastic spooky season! Autumn is my absolute favorite time of year—not just for Halloween (I'm scared of everything, lol) but for the gorgeous fall colours, the crisp air, and finally being able to wrap up cozy with a hot mug of matcha. I even enjoy the early nights and the feeling that winter is just around the corner—please don’t hate me for that!
This month has been filled with exciting adventures like pumpkin picking and seeing Billie Eilish perform live. But let’s dive into the main highlight: all the amazing tattoo projects I’ve completed this October at my private tattoo studio in Toronto! 🥹
As always, I’ve linked to additional photos of each piece, but some are still waiting to be posted. Let’s take a look...
Christine
Christine traveled from Tobermory to expand her sleeve and blend a feather tattoo on her chest into her existing work. I didn’t tattoo her sleeve pieces you can see in this photo, but I have some healed photos of a tattoo I did on her inner arm six years ago.
You can also check out the freehand design of her new tattoo in this video!
Sahana
Sahana came back to add some new florals around her water lily tattoo that I did 2 months ago.
We added peonys, brown-eyed susan, tulips, and cherry blossom. The blend with her existing pieces is just stunning! Such a pretty tattoo. Here's an IG post showing the freehand design process.
Samantha
This was Samantha's third and final session on her nature inspired sleeve! So only the honeycomb, bees and three little butterflies are fresh in this photo. Be sure to check out the full piece on my IG 🥰.
Amy
Amy brought me a delightful reading-inspired tattoo idea! I loved incorporating a little teacup filled with paintbrushes as a nod to her husband, so sweet.
It also fits in so well with her floral wrap sleeve I did 18 months ago. We included roses are in both so there's this lovely continuity between her tattoos.
Here's a fun video of her book tattoo.
Nick
Nick asked me to add to the patchwork sleeve he's gradually building with this floral knife tattoo. He wanted a balance between sharp and soft, and I love the outcome.
I also got to see the umbrella pieces I did on him 2.5 years ago, which represent his daughters. They'll be posted on IG real soon!
Josh
Got to tattoo Josh's other foot the other day! He sits like an absolute rock, which is so impressive for a foot tattoo 🥰🌿. The chrysanthemum we did on his other foot has healed perfectly too.
I have a fun video coming up about how much this tattoo hurt (or didn't 🤷🏻♀️, you'll have to watch the video to find out).

Shaylyn
This was my first time tattooing Shaylyn, and damn she was a champ. We covered up a small (but dark) tattoo with this big peony and acanthus combo. It's so glorious, I can't wait to see it healed! Check the photos on IG when they get posted, as this wraps all the way around!
Derek
Derek was also another first time client for me! He asked me to add this decorative floral piece to his forearm.
I love how this piece flows, we freehanded it on so it fits perfectly, and left lots of scope to extend this piece if he ever decides to, but for now it works great as a stand alone tattoo.
Courtney
Courtney asked me to fill that last space on her sleeve, and we came up with the baroque-inspired mandala design. It fits so nicely in behind her existing collection of work, and just below the poppies I did for her in the summer (healed photos on IG soon!).
Jasper
Jasper is the bravest of the brave. Anyone that has their armpit tattooed deserves some sort of award IMO. Hooooooly moley. She sat like an absolute champ too, and said it wasn't as bad as she was imagining.
I also have photos of her sleeve 2.5 years healed coming up on the ol 'insta soon.
Leif
I had the absolute pleasure of covering a 33 year old tattoo for Leif this month. Leif was actually in the studio twice in October for this big cover up project. One at the beginning of the month and then 3 weeks later.
Dan
I got to start a new big project with Dan this month! You might remember his skull // snake // swallow sleeve. We started with this octopus and waves, which is still WIP, and we're going to be adding a heron to his upper leg in December. Can't wait 🌿.
Sarah
Michelle
I had the best day tattooing this beautiful floral wrap tattoo for Michelle! It has flowers from her wedding bouquet 🥰. It's such an elegant tattoo, and fits perfectly. I also got some photos her healed tattoos, which will be posted soon!
In Other News
Here are some happy things from my October....
I saw Billie Eilish!!!!! Stacy and I went saw her show at Scotiabank arena, she was sooo amazing, the 360 stage was epic, and I danced like a happy idiot. Good times.
I went apple and pumpkin picking with Stacy, which had to include the iced pumpkin cream chai from Starbucks (my drink of the season) and a drive up the DVP (IYKYK).
My friend Sabrina gave me the most amazing cushion to ever exist (and no it's not a photo of Malone it just happens to be her doppelganger!).
The new Iphone update means I get a different photo of Malone as my wallpaper every time I unlock my phone, it makes me stop for a second when I pick up the phone and appreciate how cute she is. I mean look how she was sleeping the other day...
I've been watching:
- Gilmore girls! Every fall requires a restart of Gilmore Girls, anyone with me? 😂
I've been reading:
- Filthyratbag // Celest Mountjoy - an illustrated memoir, it's so good, it's in the studio if you want to leaf through it during a tattoo session.
- This Summer will be Different // Carley Fortune - I love that the MFC has a flower shop in Leslieville (just down the road fro mthe stduio FYI).
- Part of your world - Abby Jimenez - for anyone new here I've been reading this series in reverse by accident, and I finally finsihed with the first book 😂
I've been listening to:
- Jamie xx // In Waves - it's sooooooo good. So good. So happy. So worth the wait.
That’s all for now! Thanks for reading, and I can’t wait to share more of my tattoo work with you soon. If you’re looking for the best floral tattoo artist in Toronto, don’t hesitate to reach out!
Talk soon,
